Tomoaki Saito
In 1978, he was born in Saitama Japan.
Started playing the electric guitar when he was in junior high school, went through rock music influences.
From 2003, he moved to kyoto and united guitar and cello duo “Saibou bungaku”. Their unique way of playing in between notes and silence, was given applause by not only music scene but many kind of genres.
After his trip to spain, he started writing songs by classical guitar, challenging to the new creation of his original composing method.
2015 spring, releasing “Kumo no
saki(beyond the clouds)”, originally composed by a high school student in his work shop.
2014 “Natsu datta(It was summer)” was released. played by sextets biobiopatata. 2013 “HASHI(Bridge)” was released.
This was also performed by Suginami academy brass band club band .
1978年、埼玉県生まれ。
中学生の頃に弾き始めたエレキギターの影響からロックに傾倒する。
2003年より京都に居を移し、ギターとチェロによるデュオ「細胞文学」を結成。
静と動から生れる「間」を基調とした音楽性が音楽界だけにとどまらず多方面から支持を得る。
2009年のスペイン旅行を機に再び関東に居を戻し、クラシックギターによる作曲に着手、
独学による作曲法を用いて自身の新たな領域への創作に挑戦している。
2013年、吹奏楽曲「橋」を発表。
2014年、六重奏曲「夏だった」を発表。
自身の創作活動と並行して、2014年より作曲ワークショップを開催、高校生が作曲した楽曲「雲のさき」をもとに
吹奏楽曲を構成、2015年春に発表予定。
